The Para Mount MB-932A+2S+2B is a state-of-the-art electronic 2 deck oven, designed for professional bakers seeking precision and versatility. Mounted on a stand with wheels, this oven offers mobility and stability in any commercial kitchen.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Water Supply: Integrated for use with steam features.
Power Supply: Requires a 32A 3 Phase connection; 22.5Kw, 400v, 50hz.
Capacity: 2 decks with 3 trays per deck, 6 trays total capacity. Tray size: 460 x 760mm.
Electronic Control Panel: Individual deck controls for top and bottom heat, bake timer, steam timer, and digital display readouts.
Internal Lighting: Each deck is fitted with internal lights for visibility during baking.
Stone Soles: Provides an even bake and crusty finish, ideal for artisan bread and pizzas.
Steam System: Each deck is equipped with a steam system to create the perfect crust.
Spacious Interior: Internal height of decks is 240mm with a door opening of 210mm.
